Once it was really good, it got worse and worse in 2019 until it was hardly good anymore. Now closed since 03/20 and still closed since the corona measures were relaxed. Chairs and plants inside the shop have been cleared away since March, the phone number no longer has a connection, the website no longer exists - the shop is broke and remains closed. Unfortunately, the managing director has no interest in informing his customers about this and the masque accounts on Instagram, Facebook and also here on Google are still active and on Google it was probably too much work to report the shop as closed (only the Managing directors). Very bad when you consider that there were some regular customers.

So unfortunately I have to write this review and hope for change. I feel like a regular customer of this restaurant and am slowly becoming really disappointed. A lot has changed / deteriorated since the new owners came in. Let's start with the music. Before that there was really great Spanish music and sometimes louder at the weekend. Every now and then there was also a DJ on Saturdays because he played great music and always stood on the terrace with his desk in summer. Today, on the other hand, jazz music or anything else is annoying to nothing. Last year on Ramadan I wanted to break my iftar there because I really like to eat there. I get there and the shop had long since closed 2 hours before work, because apparently there were no customers. Which is not relevant in my opinion and you should be there until the end. I and my friends came there in the evening, it wasn't busy, wanted something tasty and what does the waitress tell me? The cook has already been sent home the kitchen is closed and you can only have a drink for the day. What is that? Now the smoking area was also closed on the grounds that a regular customer would have complained that it smelled like smoking upstairs? Excuse me then sit down? Now all smokers have to go outside in the cold after eating. And last but not least, especially in the pandemic phase where everything is allowed to open (and all stores have actually opened again), mas que is still closed to more. Sorry but you're driving the shop until you're broke. And still this shop is not open. I think it's really a shame and annoying, especially that you deal with such a great restaurant so sloppy. I really like to eat there but now I am really disappointed with the behavior and this change that is being made there. I hope that something will change soon, that the shop will finally open again and that it will just come into the shop. Now it's just boring there!

Food was ok, service was not so good

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. From the waitress to the food. At seven meals there was none without mistakes. The burger buns were burned, false fries and false noodles were brought in and the pasta dish, which was explicitly identified with tomatoes, contained a whopping half a tomato. The service was unfortunately very inattentive and absolutely did not respond to our requests / comments. She couldn't even comment on allergens because she didn't know what the homemade sauce was made of, for example.

Nice mexican restaurant on 3 levels. Here you can eat and drink well, at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the cocktail happy hour was abolished. The service is friendly, but should check the guests in the upper part of the restaurant more often. Therefore only 4 stars.

Have been going there regularly for 2-3 years. Quality of the food is always good, the wait staff friendly. From time to time the music is a little too loud.

Very friendly service, delicious coffee and a nice atmosphere.

Nice staff, clean toilets, well designed everything in a very well done.

I often go there to eat with my dates. Music is nice, ambience great and waitress ... Well, you get what you give. And that's usually 15% tip: D

Nice cocktail and tapas

Unfortunately inattentive staff and cocktails were lukewarm. The area outside looked very messy and menu cards were scattered around. A person who came to us later was not asked if she would like to order something ...

Have there only cocktails drunk, pleasant was that the music was discreet, so you did not have to shout on the drink away. The selection is quite ok, there are the usual suspects to choose from. However, I agree the cocktails not so good, but that is certainly a personal bad luck: D

Our #myartnight was very nice, but right next to the entrance to the smoking area as nonsmokers extremely stressful .... and on the latrine toilets there was already at the beginning no toilet paper ..... I would have liked more service when painting we also had a thirst not just in the beginning

The essential was good :) small defects that you can easily fix. For the first time we are convinced? *** Positive ***: Nice decor, delicious food a lot of choice, in any case, I would like to go back and try something else. The service was good in the beginning often asked, if you need something or would like to order and patience, as we had to wait for the rest of the group. The one lady was nice with a smile on her face (dark hair) also said goodbye to us, the other tends to cramp, but everyone has a bad day. Everywhere Rukula drin? all burger salad ect ke think but you can also order it away only I did not know now the Buntersalat me Rukula ist? A leaf or iceberg or the like would be better. and maybe other dressing (olive oil lemon) balsamico is such a thing ? Often times to see if someone needs what the corners are unclear

It is very cold in the upper floor! The service was very friendly and attentive and the drinks were also very good! Because of the cold 1 star less ...

Bester Caipi in Germany!

Good food ... I recommend the Argentine meat and especially the mojito that Luis makes !! Authentic ... I recommend !!!! Good treatment and good people ....

The seats upstairs are cozy while also providing a charming view outside. Although some of the food prices might seem a little pricey on the first glance, it is justified due to its generous portions and at times an extra side salad.
